Everything on the list.One contractor.

The usual way is three different guys who all blame each other when something goes wrong. We do the whole outside, the whole inside, and everything down to the studs, so there's one number to call and one person accountable when your roofer and your siding guy need to agree on where the water goes.

Doing it yourself

Rent the dumpster from the guy who fills them.

Roll-offs for renovation debris, roof tear-offs, garage cleanouts, and everything else you don't want sitting in your driveway for a month. Dropped where you want it, picked up when you're done. Same county, same phone number, no broker in the middle.

How It Works

From the first call to the last broom.

No mystery and no chasing anybody down. Four steps, and you always know which one you're standing in.

01
You Reach Out Call or send the form with what's on the list. A person answers, not a call center and not a scheduling bot. If we're up on a roof when you ring, you hear back before the day is out. Same business day
02
We Come Look We pull aerial measurements before we ever get in the truck, then walk it in person. You hear what we actually find, including the thing you didn't ask about that changes the number. Aerial measured, then walked
03
You Get It In Writing Scope, materials, and the number, on paper. Free, and yours to keep whether you hire us or not. Take it to the next contractor and compare it. We'd rather you were sure than sold. Free · Yours to keep
04
We Build It A start date you can plan around and a veteran crew that shows up on it. We pull the permits and book the inspections. The site gets swept before we leave, every day, not just the last one. Permits pulled & inspected

Step three costs you nothing and you keep it either way. That's the whole risk.

Majority Veteran Staff Most of the crew served first

Majority veteran crew, and every reason to do it right.

Most of the crew served first. In a county built around the base, that isn't a marketing line, it's just who we hire. 825 projects since 2018, plenty of them full gut renovations. Matt is an accredited investor who builds for private investors and condo associations as often as homeowners, so the work gets done to the standard a lender signs off on, not the standard nobody checks.

Straight Answers

The questions you'd ask if we were standing there.

Nobody enjoys the part where you have to pull answers out of a contractor. So here they are up front, including the ones that are awkward to ask.

Ask us anything If it's not here, it's not a stupid question. It just means nobody's asked it in a while. Call Now (860) 743-2556 Get My Free Quote

It depends on things nobody can see from the driveway. Two kitchens the same size can land three times apart depending on what's behind the wall, whether the layout moves, and what you pick for cabinets and counters.

Anyone who gives you a number over the phone is guessing. That guess is exactly how people end up with a change order they didn't budget for. So we come look, and you get a real written number for your house. Free, and yours to keep either way.

Rough windows once we start, so you can plan your life around it:

Roof1–3 days
Windows1–2 days
Siding1–2 weeks
Flooring2–5 days
Bathroom2–3 weeks
Kitchen4–6 weeks

Your written quote gives the real window for your job, and you get a start date you can plan around, not a vague "sometime this spring."

Yes. Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor registration HIC.0651499, and $2,000,000 in liability insurance. Ask for proof and you'll have it before anyone sets foot on your property.

You should ask every contractor that question, and you should be suspicious of any of them who gets weird about answering it.

Yes, on the jobs that need them. Roofs, structural changes, and anything that moves plumbing or electrical usually need a permit from your town. We pull it and we schedule the inspection.

You don't chase your building department, and the work gets signed off properly. That last part matters more than people think, right up until the day they try to sell.

Both. One bathroom, a few windows, a roof, a single room. We'd rather do a small job well and be the ones you call for the big one in two years than turn you away because this one wasn't big enough.

No. If we're doing the job, debris and hauling are already in the quote. You don't get billed separately for cleanup and you don't have a container in your driveway longer than the work takes.

The rental is for the other situation: you're doing the work yourself, or clearing out a garage or a basement, and you just need the container. That's a separate thing you can book on its own.

New London County, roughly a thirty mile radius out of Gales Ferry. Groton, Mystic, Norwich, Waterford, New London, Ledyard, Stonington, East Lyme, Montville, Old Lyme, Preston, and everything in between.

If you're sitting just outside that, ask anyway. The answer is usually yes.

No Cost, No Corner To Get Backed Into

Get the number. Then decide.

One visit, one written quote, and it's yours to keep whether you hire us or not. Take it to another contractor and compare it. Sit on it until spring. Worst case you finally stop guessing what it costs.
