Here is the part of the rental agreement worth knowing before the dumpster shows up. Nothing surprising, just what keeps the load safe and the pickup on schedule.

Reserve a Dumpster

Weight & Fill Line

A charge of $200 per ton applies to overweight dumpsters. Please keep the load at or below the fill line at the top of the dumpster to avoid unsafe conditions during transport.

Access & Pickup

Make sure the dumpster is not blocked and that all vehicles and equipment are moved before pickup. An additional trip charge of $175 applies if the driver cannot safely pick up the dumpster because of access issues or overloading.

Extra-Charge Items

The following items incur an extra charge of $25 per item:

  • TVs
  • Computer screens
  • Mattresses
  • Tires
  • Fridges
  • A/C units
  • Propane tanks

Prohibited Items

Do not place these in the dumpster: paint, oil, asbestos, and any hazardous materials.

Renting a dumpster shouldn't take a phone call to figure out. Here are the answers to what people ask us most, before they book.

Prices start at $420 for a 3 day rental and $445 for 7 days, with disposal already included. Every size and both rental lengths are listed in the price table above this section. Delivery is added at checkout and worked out from your ZIP, so the number the booker shows you is the number you pay. No hidden dump fees and no surprise weight charges as long as you stay under the included tonnage.

Delivery is not included in the rental price, because what it costs depends on how far out you are. Put your ZIP into the booker and it is calculated and added on the spot, before you enter a name or a card. You see the rental, the delivery and the total on one screen, and nothing is added after that.

You choose 3 days, 7 days or 14 days when you book, and both prices are shown side by side so you can see what the extra time costs. A 3 day rental is the cheaper option if you can load it quickly. Need longer than a week? Reach out before pickup and we will extend it.

Most homeowners do fine with a 15 or 20 yard. A single room cleanout or a small bathroom fits a 10 yard, a kitchen remodel or garage cleanout suits a 15, and a whole floor renovation or roof tear-off usually calls for a 20 or larger. If you are between sizes, go one up. It is cheaper than overfilling and paying the overage.

Often next day, and same week is standard. When you pick your date in the booker you only see days we can actually deliver, so whatever you can select is a date we can hit.

Most drop on the driveway, which is the safest bet for access and for your property. We can place it on the street where local rules allow. Just have the spot clear of cars and low branches so the truck can get in and set it down level.

Our dumpsters ride on wheels, not skids dragged across your surface, which is far gentler on a driveway than a traditional roll-off. If you want extra protection, boards under the wheels are welcome. In practice, driveway placement is the norm and problems are rare.

Each size includes a set tonnage, listed in the price table above and shown again when you book. Go over and it is $200 a ton for the extra weight. Heavy material like concrete, dirt, brick and shingles adds up fast, so if that is your load, take the next size up rather than pay the overage.

No paint, oil, asbestos or hazardous materials of any kind. A few items carry a $25 fee each: TVs, computer screens, mattresses, tires, fridges, A/C units and propane tanks. Everything else from a typical remodel or cleanout is fair game.
