Connecticut law requires home improvement work to be carried out under a written contract signed by both of us. That contract governs your project. It sets out the scope, the price, the payment schedule, the start and completion dates, our registration number, and the notice of your right to cancel that Connecticut law gives you.
If anything on this page conflicts with your signed contract, the signed contract wins.

Anything you get from this site or over the phone before we have seen the property is a rough figure, not a quote.
A quote is a written number, given after we have looked at the property. Written quotes are good for 30 days. After that, materials and labour move and we will need to re-price.
A quote covers what is written in it. Work that is not written in it is not in the price.
On older houses, some things cannot be seen from the driveway. Rot, water damage, failed framing, old wiring, asbestos, lead. If we find something like that, we stop, we show you, and we give you a written change order with the cost before we carry on. We do not do extra work and surprise you with the bill afterwards.
We give you a rough window, not a guarantee to the day. Weather, inspections, permits and material lead times move dates. When they move, we tell you.
Prices shown for dumpster rentals cover the size, rental period and weight allowance stated with them. Overweight loads are charged at the posted per ton rate.
Prohibited materials. Paint, oil, fuel, solvents, batteries, tires, appliances containing refrigerant, asbestos, and any hazardous or liquid waste. If prohibited material is in the container, you are responsible for the disposal cost and any fines.
Placement. You need a clear, firm and legal place to put the container. Driveways can crack under the weight of a loaded roll-off. By asking for placement on your driveway, you accept that risk. If a permit is required for placement on the street, that is yours to obtain unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If we cannot deliver or collect because the spot is blocked, a trip charge applies.
Deposits, progress payments and the final balance are set out in your signed contract. We accept card payments through our payment processor. Final payment is due on completion unless your contract says otherwise. Overdue balances may carry interest at the rate stated in your contract.
Your signed home improvement contract carries the cancellation rights Connecticut law gives you, and those rights are set out in that contract. Once that window has passed, you are responsible for materials already ordered and work already carried out.
We need reasonable access to the work area on working days. Please move vehicles, secure pets, and clear valuables and fragile items out of the work area.
Tell us about anything buried, hidden or unusual. Septic lines, irrigation, invisible fences, previous repairs. If your property sits in an association or a historic district, permissions from them are yours to get.

We stand behind what we build. The warranty on your job, how long it runs and what it covers, is written into your signed contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials belong to the manufacturer, and we pass that paperwork to you.
Normal wear, damage caused by other trades, storms, neglect, or changes made by someone else are not covered.
We photograph our work before, during and after. Those photographs are our property, and we use them in our portfolio, on this site, in advertising, and on social media. By engaging us you agree to that use. We do not ask for permission on a job by job basis.
We do not publish street addresses.
We are responsible for our own work and the work of our subcontractors. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions we did not cause, for delays outside our control, or for indirect losses such as lost rent or lost income. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Connecticut law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts of New London County, Connecticut.
